Yacht Harbor Towers is a twin tower building located on the corner of Atkinson Drive and Ala Moana Blvd. Built in 1973 this 39-story project consists of 456 units spread across of two towers (Diamond Head and Ewa Tower). The building was done by Stark LTD & ETAL (Developer) and was built by Swinerton & Walberg Co (Contractor). The building was designed by Boone & Brooks Inc (Architect).
  
The two towers are combined by a 5th floor amenity deck and there are a total of 6 elevators for the complex (3 per tower). The building consists of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. The exact square footage break down is: ​
  • 1 Bed 1 bath - 791- 966 sq ft 
  • 2 Bed 2 bath - 1,150 - 1,474 sq ft
  • 3 Bed 3 bath - 1,742- 2,247 sq ft 
Overall, Yacht Harbor Towers is in a very convenient building that is centrally located to practically everything and is right across the Ala Moana Shopping Center and the West Entrance to Waikiki. The building recently went through a retrofit so the fees are a bit high, but nothing beats the location, view, and size.

Yacht Harbor Towers is located on the border of the Ala Moana and Waikiki neighborhood. The building has its front entrance on Atkinson Drive. The location of Yacht Harbor Towers is truly amazing because you are situated right across of the Ala Moana Shopping Center as well as one of the gateway entrances to Waikiki. You are also directly across the street from the Harbor and Ala Moana Beach Park. Residents can also enjoy viewing the weekly Friday night fireworks from Ala Moana Beach Park's Magic Island.

At Yacht Harbor Towers residents have multiple lobby areas from the parking structure levels. The images below are from the Diamond Head Tower. The 5th floor amenity deck combines the two towers and they share the swimming pool and hot tub area, cabana area, tennis court, and BBQ grills.
