The building is also close to Magic Island, Ala Moana Beach Park, the entrance to Waikiki, and many main bus lines. There are also many restaurants and eateries located nearby. There's ground floor commercial retail which will be reopening shortly and the KHON2 news building which is located on the ground floor of the project.

Hawaiki - Common Areas & Amenities

Hawaiki has a great amenity deck with a pool, jacuzzi, bbq grills, outdoor dining tables, a tennis court, playground, and a large grassy area. There's also a good amount of guest parking available to guests visiting residents. In the parking garage there's a surfboard storage area along with overhanging cabinets above most of the parking stalls. 

Hawaiki - Views

Hawaiki has a mix of ocean views, West/Ewa views, mountain views, and Diamond Head Facing views. Most units have a mix of views especially if you angle yourself on the lanai. Due to the other newer buildings on the West/Ewa side of the building, the tower has more channel view planes but gets a nice mix of city lights at night.
