Azure is a pet friendly building conveniently located in the middle of the Ala Moana neighborhood. Azure will feature ground floor retail and a beautiful 9th floor amenity deck. Inside you can expect Bosch appliances (Sub Zero option upgrade available), Grohe fixtures, Quartz counter tops, two-tone thermofoil cabinets, and floor to ceiling windows. Azure Ala Moana is Located 641 Ke'eaumoku Street and is located near the Walgreens on Kapiolani Blvd and near Walmart on Ke'eaumoku. The area is has one of the highest walk-ability scores and is just a short distance away to Ala Moana Shopping Center, Waikiki, Ala Moana Beach Park/Magic Island, Don Quixote, 24 Hour Fitness, and the Convention Center. Azure's branding has dubbed the area "Midtown Ala Moana" which is taking wind and changing the old "Holiday Mart" neighborhood within the Ala Moana region.
Azure Ala Moana - AmenitiesAzure's amenity deck will be located on the 9th floor of the building. Here you can find an owner's club lounge & kitchen, BBQ pavilions, open grill area, movie theater, pool/spa, puppy park, indoor and outdoor fitness center, fully-furnished guest suites, and high speed Wi-FI throughout the entire amenity deck.
The guest suites will probably be one of the more convenient amenities that owners may utilize. By having this, owners may host out-of-town guests and not have to have them physically inside your unit. This is common in other luxury residential towers and there is usually a fee to reserve them. At this point in time it has not been determined what that price would be. |
