Overall, 1350 Ala Moana is a great building. It is on the older side, but it is a front row building that has much of the same view planes as Park Lane, Nauru Tower, Hokua, and Waiea. 1350 Ala Moana is a front row building on Ala Moana Blvd which is conveniently located next to the Ala Moana Shopping Center Ewa/West Wing. The building is next to Nauru Tower (on Ala Moana Blvd) and Hawaiki Tower (on Piikoi). The building is also across the street from Park Lane and the Ala Moana Beach Park. The building is centrally located and close to the mall, Magic Island, the park, grocery stores, and near the entrance to Waikiki and Ward Village in Kakaako. There are also many restaurants and eateries located nearby.
1350 Ala Moana - Common Areas & Amenities
1350 Ala Moana has a 24/7 front desk/security staff and surfboard storage located on the first floor of the complex. On the third floor you will find the amenity deck with a swimming pool, hot tub, large grassy lawns, gym, walking paths, BBQ areas, and a private party room. If you walk around the amenity deck's walking path 3 times it equals 1 mile. So if you don't want to leave you're building but want to get some cardio in you can simply go down the elevator.
1350 Ala Moana - Views
At 1350 Ala Moana, the units either have a Diamond Head/East View, Ocean View, or Ewa/West/Kakaako View. The most desired views are typically the Ocean/Diamond Head view. The Ewa/West/Kakaako View was initially spectacular when the building was build in 1968 but due to the new buildings being built, most of the views have diminished significantly. The views you see today will pretty much remain the same unless Oahu starts building on the ocean.
