ALa Moana Tower - Neighborhood & Location

Ala Moana Tower is located right next to Kapiolani Residence on Kapiolani Blvd. The location is very convenient and close to Ala Moana Shopping Center, Magic Island, Ala Moana Beach Park, Don Quixote, and many bus routes. There are also many restaurants and eateries located nearby and a local favorite Pho shop right on the ground floor of the building. 

Ala Moana Tower - Common Areas & Amenities

Ala Moana Tower has a swimming pool on the back/ocean facing side of the building on the lower floor. The pool is secured entry so only residents can access it. There is also a secured community laundry area and residents can pay for their laundry via smart phone application. 

Ala Moana Tower - Views

At Ala Moana Tower there is not much of a view unless you are on the Mountain/Mauka facing side of the building. The Ocean/Makai side of the building faces the Kona Tower of the Ala Moana Hotel so you are essentially looking into another building. The Mountain/Mauka facing side of the building faces Ala Moana Blvd and is more noisy due to the street noise but you do get more of a view and the cool breezes from the mountain.
