Piikoi Plaza - Neighborhood & Location

Piikoi Plaza is located on the upper border of Ala Moana and Lower Punchbowl neighborhood. The building has its front entrance on Piikoi and the parking is from Alder Street. Piikoi Plaza is close to the Sheridan Community Park and close to Walmart/Sams Club. Because it is further back from the mall, it allows residents an easier time when trying to get onto the freeway yet remains close enough to get to the beach, multiple grocery stores, or any restaurant or shop in the Ala Moana Shopping Center. 

Piikoi Plaza - Common Areas & Amenities

Piikoi Plaza is a secured building with its front entry off of Piikoi Street. The parking entrance if from Alder Street. The parking area is split into two sections. One section is upstairs (up a ramp and partially uncovered parking stalls) and the second section is downstairs (covered parking). Only the downstairs parking is secured and has a garage gate door. The building just has one amenity which is the front swimming pool on the Piikoi side of the complex. Luckily, every unit has a parking stall which is rare considering some leasehold condominiums have no parking stalls.

Piikoi Plaza - Views

Piikoi Plaza residents have their units situated either on the mountain or the ocean facing side of the building. There are no Diamond Head/East or Ewa/West views. All the units have a lanai, but the only problem is that Piikoi Plaza isn't as tall as some of the newer taller condos and the views see more of a city view. Luckily there aren't many other tall buildings nearby other than Moana Pacific which is on the Ocean/Ewa or South-West side of the building.
